1. מי אנחנו

האפליקציה "שישה כיסים" (Six Pockets) והאתר sixpocketsgame.com מופעלים על ידי [שם בעל האפליקציה או החברה], [מספר עוסק או ח.פ.], [כתובת]. ליצירת קשר: [מייל].

2. הסכמה לתנאים

השימוש באתר ובאפליקציה מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה ולמדיניות הפרטיות. מי שאינו מסכים, מתבקש לא להשתמש בהם.

3. גיל

השימוש באפליקציה מותר מגיל [גיל מינימלי] ומעלה. השתתפות בטורנירים עם דמי כניסה מותרת מגיל [18] בלבד, ובכפוף לחוק במדינת המשתמש.

4. חשבון משתמש

להשתתפות במשחקים מקוונים ובטורנירים נרשמים עם פרטים נכונים וסיסמה.
המשתמש אחראי לשמירת הסיסמה ולכל פעולה שנעשית בחשבון שלו.
שם המשתמש והדגל שבוחרים מוצגים לשחקנים אחרים.

5. מטבעות וירטואליים

המטבעות באפליקציה הם וירטואליים. אין להם ערך כספי, אי אפשר להמיר אותם לכסף, ואי אפשר להעביר אותם למשתמש אחר או לחשבון אחר.
מתנת הרשמה: כל שחקן חדש מקבל פעם אחת, אחרי אימות המייל, מטבע זהב אחד, 5 מטבעות כסף ו־10 מטבעות ארד. המתנה ניתנת פעם אחת לאדם ולמכשיר, ופתיחת חשבונות נוספים כדי לקבל אותה שוב אסורה.
מחיר: מטבע זהב עולה שווה ערך לדולר אמריקאי אחד במטבע המקומי, כפי שמוצג בחנות לפני הרכישה. מטבעות נמכרים בחבילות של 5, 10 או 20. אפשר לקנות עד 50 מטבעות ביום ועד 200 מטבעות בחודש, וקנייה מותרת מגיל 18 בלבד.
תשלום באפליקציה: דרך App Store או Google Play, לפי התנאים שלהם. איננו רואים ואיננו שומרים פרטי כרטיס אשראי.
רכישה של פריט וירטואלי היא סופית, למעט מה שקובעים החוק או מדיניות החנות.

6. טורנירים ומטבעות מדליה

בטורנירים יש שלב בתים, רבע גמר, חצי גמר וגמר. מקום ראשון מקבל מטבע זהב, מקום שני מטבע כסף ומקום שלישי מטבע ארד.
מטבעות המדליה הם כרטיסי כניסה לטורנירים הבאים בלבד: מטבע זהב אחד, 5 מטבעות כסף או 10 מטבעות ארד. אין להם ערך כספי.

7. משחק הוגן

אסור לרמות: להשתמש בתוכנות עזר, לנצל באגים, לשחק בכמה חשבונות או לתאם תוצאות. אנחנו רשאים לבטל תוצאות, להסיר מטבעות ולחסום חשבון שמפר את הכללים.

8. התנהגות

אסור לבחור שם משתמש פוגעני, להטריד שחקנים אחרים או לפגוע בפעילות התקינה של השירות.

9. קניין רוחני

השם, הלוגו, העיצוב, הקוד, הצלילים והתוכן שייכים ל[שם בעל האפליקציה] או למי שהעניק לו רישיון. אין להעתיק, להפיץ או לשנות אותם בלי אישור בכתב.

10. השירות כפי שהוא

השירות ניתן כפי שהוא. אנחנו עושים מאמץ שיעבוד ברציפות, אבל ייתכנו תקלות, הפסקות ושינויים במשחק, בחוקים ובטורנירים.

11. הגבלת אחריות

במידה שהחוק מתיר, לא נהיה אחראים לנזק עקיף או תוצאתי שנגרם מהשימוש בשירות. [לניסוח עורך דין]

12. סיום

אפשר להפסיק להשתמש בשירות ולבקש למחוק את החשבון בכל עת. אנחנו רשאים להשעות או לסגור חשבון שמפר תנאים אלה.

1. Who we are

2. Accepting these terms

Using the website or the app means you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use them.

3. Age

The app may be used from age [minimum age]. Tournaments with an entry fee are open only from age [18], and only where the law of your country allows them.

4. Your account

Online matches and tournaments need an account with accurate details and a password.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done in your account.
Your player name and the flag you choose are shown to other players.

5. Virtual coins

Coins in the app are virtual. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another player or account.
Welcome gift: every new player receives once, after verifying their email, one gold coin, 5 silver coins and 10 bronze coins. The gift is given once per person and per device, and opening extra accounts to receive it again is not allowed.
Price: a gold coin costs the local equivalent of one US dollar, as shown in the store before you buy. Coins are sold in packs of 5, 10 or 20. You can buy up to 50 coins a day and 200 coins a month, and only players aged 18 or over may buy.
Paying in the app: through the App Store or Google Play under their terms. We never see or store card details.
Purchases of virtual items are final, except where the law or the store's policy says otherwise.

6. Tournaments and medal coins

Tournaments run through a group stage, quarter-final, semi-final and final. First place earns a gold coin, second a silver coin and third a bronze coin.
Medal coins are only entry tickets to later tournaments: one gold coin, 5 silver coins or 10 bronze coins. They have no cash value.

7. Fair play

No cheating: no helper software, no exploiting bugs, no multiple accounts and no fixed results. We may cancel results, remove coins and block accounts that break these rules.

8. Conduct

Do not choose an offensive player name, harass other players or interfere with the service.

9. Intellectual property

The name, logo, design, code, sounds and content belong to [owner name] or its licensors. Do not copy, distribute or modify them without written permission.

10. Service as is

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running, but there may be faults, interruptions and changes to the game, its rules and its tournaments.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. [wording for legal review]

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
