1. מי אחראי למידע

2. רשימת ההמתנה באתר

כשנרשמים לרשימת ההמתנה אנחנו שומרים:

נשתמש בכתובת רק כדי לשלוח לך הודעה כשהאפליקציה יוצאת, ולפי הסכמתך. אפשר לבקש הסרה בכל עת, וגם בקישור שיופיע במייל.

3. באפליקציה

חשבון: מייל, שם מלא (לא מוצג לאף אחד), כינוי, אימוג׳י או תמונה שבחרת (מוצגים ליד הכינוי), מדינה לבחירתך וסיסמה (שמורה מוצפנת).
משחק: תוצאות, ניקוד, טורנירים, מטבעות ומדליות.
רכישות: אישור רכישה מ־App Store או מ־Google Play. איננו מקבלים פרטי כרטיס אשראי.
טכני: סוג מכשיר, גרסת מערכת ודיווחי תקלות, כדי לתקן באגים ולמנוע רמאות.

4. מה מוצג לאחרים

שם המשתמש, הדגל, התוצאות והמקום בטורנירים מוצגים לשחקנים אחרים ולצופים בשידור החי.

5. עם מי המידע משותף

Cloudflare, שמאחסנת את האתר ואת רשימת ההמתנה.
Apple ו־Google, לרכישות ולהפצת האפליקציה.

איננו מוכרים מידע אישי.

6. העברה למדינות אחרות

7. כמה זמן שומרים

את רשימת ההמתנה שומרים עד ההשקה ועוד [תקופה], או עד שתבקש הסרה. את פרטי החשבון שומרים כל עוד החשבון פעיל, ועוד [תקופה] לפי דרישות החוק.

8. הזכויות שלך

אפשר לבקש לעיין במידע עליך, לתקן אותו, למחוק אותו או להתנגד לשימוש בו, בפנייה ל[מייל]. תושבי האיחוד האירופי רשאים גם להגיש תלונה לרשות הגנת המידע במדינתם.

9. ילדים

השירות לא מיועד לילדים מתחת לגיל [גיל מינימלי], ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע עליהם. הורה שחושב שילד מסר לנו מידע מתבקש לפנות אלינו, ונמחק אותו.

10. אבטחה

האתר עובד בחיבור מוצפן (HTTPS), והגישה למערכות מוגנת באימות דו־שלבי. שום מערכת אינה חסינה לחלוטין.

11. עוגיות

האתר לא משתמש בעוגיות פרסום ומעקב. הוא שומר בדפדפן שלך רק את בחירת השפה.

12. שינויים

ייתכן שנעדכן את המדיניות. על שינוי מהותי נודיע באתר או באפליקציה.

2. The website waiting list

When you join the waiting list we keep:

your email address
the language of the page you signed up on
your country, worked out from your network address, without keeping the address itself
the date and time of your consent

We use the address only to tell you when the app launches, as you agreed. You can ask to be removed at any time, including through the link in the email.

3. In the app

Account: email, full name (never shown to anyone), player name, the emoji or photo you choose (shown beside your name), your chosen country and a password (stored encrypted).
Play: results, scores, tournaments, coins and medals.
Purchases: a purchase receipt from the App Store or Google Play. We never receive card details.
Technical: device type, system version and crash reports, to fix bugs and prevent cheating.

4. What others see

Your player name, flag, results and tournament placings are shown to other players and to live viewers.

5. Who we share with

Cloudflare, which hosts the website and the waiting list.
Apple and Google, for purchases and app distribution.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Transfers abroad

7. How long we keep it

The waiting list is kept until launch plus [period], or until you ask to be removed. Account data is kept while the account is active plus [period] where the law requires.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to [email]. EU residents may also complain to the data protection authority in their country.

9. Children

The service is not meant for children under [minimum age], and we do not knowingly collect their data. A parent who thinks a child gave us data can contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to our systems is protected with two-step verification. No system is completely secure.

11. Cookies

The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It only keeps your language choice in your browser.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. We will announce material changes on the website or in the app.
